*4.75 I so love this series stars*
Several years earlier, Hunter had entered the gay porn industry as an act of desperation. Now he is a star. Lots of men want him. But they don’t want all of him. Just a part. They want to say they know him, that they have slept with him. But Hunter needs more. Hunter craves affection and friendship. Besides his best friend Christopher (from [b:In Pieces|18162070|In Pieces (Firsts and Forever, #3)|Alexa Land|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1372969404s/18162070.jpg|25523342]), however, no one is interested in getting to know him on a deeper level.
Brian is a double amputee with PTSD and a nasty attitude. He barrages his gay brother, Keiran, with derogatory remarks at every turn. Brian is more than reluctant to accept Hunter’s help, but he concedes and a mutually empowering friendship develops.
The storyline of Hunter’s stalker was well written and never cheesy or predictable. It gave the story enough suspense without detracted from the bigger picture.
This was my favorite book in the series. We got to see lots of Christopher, who is still my favorite MC in this series, and bits the other MCs from prior books as well. And Nana. She’s the best. In a way that only an eccentric mafia grandmother could do, she take care of her family and the “gay homosexuals” that she has adopted into the fold as her own.
I was thrilled to learn that this is not the end of the series. Write on Ms. Land!
