After finishing my lit degree, I completely stopped reading.  I had lost the ability to read for pleasure.  But in early 2013 I discovered reading could be social.  And in the autumn of 2013 I discovered MM romances and that reading could be downright HOT.  I haven't stopped reading since!

I live on Goodreads but I promise to figure out Booklikes eventually.

Where the World Ends

Where the World Ends - Kade Boehme Liked it a whole lot. Especially the last 25%. The twist at the end was completely unexpected but fully credible.

I particularly appreciated the way cultural pressures played out (i.e., the expectation of Colin's family that he find a partner within the Tribe), giving the couple an "extra" hurdle to overcome in making their relationship work.

I also appreciated the fact that although there was a HEAit wasn't a case of instant gratification. They both had lives and things to wrap up that took time before they could be together in the end.

Sorry to my buddies for falling behind on this one. It happens to the best of us!
